Born in 1950. Graduated in Physics at the Belarusian State University in Minsk in 1972. In 1972-1974 served as a Soviet Army officer in
Germany.

Since 1974 worked as a patent expert of the patent department of the Belarusian State University in Minsk and at the same time was employed there in the scientific practice and engaged in
physics, electronics, nuclear engineering, physical chemistry, molecular
engineering, nanotechnnology, biotechnology, medical researches.
In 1977 graduated from the Moscow Patent Institute as a patent expert.
Since 1993 has been a Belarusian Patent and Trademark Attorney (Reg. No. 0024). Since 1996,
i.e. from the very beginning of the practical work of Eurasian Patent
Convention, has been registered as a Eurasian Patent Attorney (Reg. No. 3). In 1998 graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Law as a
lawyer.
Author of several inventions and publications relating to the field of industrial property and trademarks. Co-author of several computer programs for managing Intellectual Property. Delivering lectures on Intellectual Property
