Born in 1970. 
 In 1988-1996 worked as a laboratory assistant at the Institute of Genetics & Cytology of the Belarusian Academy of Sciences. In 1995 graduated from the Belarusian State University with a diploma in Biology and Chemistry. Employed in PAG since 1996. In 1998 was qualified as an Intellectual Property Lawyer after graduation from the Intellectual Property Training Courses of the Belarusian Patent Office. In 1999 was admitted as a Belarusian Patent Attorney (Reg. No.0066). In 2005 was admitted as Eurasian Patent Attorney (Reg. No. 0202)
